Shipping and Returns

Most items ship within 2 business days via UPS. Since we own the factory that manufactures Buddys Jeans, we keep a well stocked inventory of all sizes. Occasionally due to high demand for certain sizes we may be temporarily out of a ceratin size. Your credit card will not be charged until we actually ship your order. We will let you know by e-mail or telephone if the product you ordered cannot be shipped promptly.

Customer Satisfaction

Buddys Jeans guarantees your satisfaction with our products. It is our policy that if you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided it is in original condition with the original manufacturers tags attached, and the item has not been washed. However, we do not cover the expense of return shipping the unwanted item or refund shipping costs.
